Y precisamente es esta caracter\u00edstica la que consigue que maride perfectamente con el sushi puesto que \u201c aporta m\u00e1s sabor y nos ayuda a limpiar la boca entre una pieza de sushi y la siguiente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sushi al estar elaborado principalmente con pescados como el at\u00fan y el salm\u00f3n, el maridaje con vinos blancos es evidente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La forma tradicional y m\u00e1s purista habla de comerlo empezando por el pescado m\u00e1s suave y acabar por el m\u00e1s fuerte, de este modo podremos disfrutar de todos los matices y sabores. Por ello los maridajes empiezan con un vino blanco, pase por un rosado y termine por un tinto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo como regla general podemos decir que lo mejor es optar por un vino afrutado, fresco y muy suave, que nos permita apreciar todos los distintos sabores de los nigiris, sashimis y makis. Por ello un vino blanco joven nos ayudar\u00eda a equilibrar la acidez de las piezas de salm\u00f3n, sin embargo para las piezas a base de pescados blancos o mariscos lo m\u00e1s adecuado ser\u00eda optar por un semidulce o espumoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las burbujas de los espumosos aportan un extra de frescura y cumplen perfectamente con la funci\u00f3n del jengibre de limpiar la boca entre bocado y bocado.
