As part of this commitment, we publish our results both on our website and the government portal. The data is based on the snapshot in Ireland between 01\/07\/2024 to 30\/06\/2025 and includes the following measures: The mean and median gender pay gap The mean and median bonus gap The proportion of male and female employees receiving bonuses<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our Gender Pay Gap Results<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hana Group Ireland acknowledges that this year\u2019s Gender Pay Gap report may not fully reflect the overall composition of our workforce due to the methodology applied. However, we remain committed to fostering a workplace that promotes equality, opportunity, and career progression for all employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s data shows an encouraging continuation of pay parity across our workforce. Both the mean and median gender pay gaps remain at 0%, indicating that male and female employees are paid equally on average.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our workforce is currently composed of roughly 64% female employees, reflecting a strong and growing representation of women across the organisation.
